We do not provide loans directly and do not guarantee loan approval in any way. Loan approval is solely at the discretion of Bajaj Finance Bank Ltd. or our finance partners.
2. Document Collection & Sharing
Customers are required to submit accurate and genuine documents.

- We may collect, save, and store your submitted documents and personal data.
- We may share your documents and personal data with Bajaj Finance Bank Ltd. and other finance partners for loan processing purposes.
- We and our finance partners may contact you via phone, email, WhatsApp, or SMS for loan-related communication.
3. Customer's Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all documents and information provided are true, accurate, and valid.
LoanForVisa.in will not be responsible for any incorrect, false, incomplete, or fraudulent information/documents submitted by the customer. Any legal consequences arising from false submissions will be borne solely by the customer.
4. No Guarantee of Loan
LoanForVisa.in does not guarantee loan approval under any circumstances.
Approval, rejection, loan amount, interest rate, and repayment terms are entirely at the discretion of Bajaj Finance Bank Ltd. or our finance partners. We shall not be liable for any loan rejection, delays, or disputes arising between the customer and the bank/finance partner.
5. Communication Consent
By submitting your documents or using our website, you consent to receive calls, messages, and emails from LoanForVisa.in, Bajaj Finance Bank Ltd., and our finance partners. This consent overrides any Do Not Disturb (DND) registrations you may have.
6. Limitation of Liability
LoanForVisa.in will not be liable for:
- Rejection of loan applications.
- Any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused due to reliance on our services.
- Any misuse of documents if submitted to third parties directly by the customer outside our system.
7. Modifications
LoanForVisa.in reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website means you agree to the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Una, Himachal Pradesh, India].
